ReadyToShip connects your webstore to shipping carriers. Our application seamlessly imports your orders as soon as they are placed by customers and allows you to manage all of your shipments, print labels, then upload tracking data back to your online store.

Automatic order importing

You can connect any number of stores to ReadyToShip.

We import orders and order statuses from each of your stores every few minutes. If someone marks an order as shipped or cancelled in your store, ReadyToShip will notice and protect you from shipping an order in error. We import all order details, including weights, dimensions and customer comments.

Easy address validation and correction

We automatically validate customer addresses as they are imported into ReadyToShip.

There are lots of simple errors we fix automatically on the fly. If there are other issues that need your attention we neatly put those orders aside for you to fix. We even provide suggestions that ensure your orders will load into carriers like eParcel.

No more copying and pasting orders into carrier systems

Create consignments in carriers like eParcel with only one click. Download manifest and tracking data with one click too. This feature alone can save hours of work every day in your warehouse.

Connect to multiple carriers easily

We support multiple carriers and you can connect as many as you like. You can even have multiple connections to the same carrier to segregate local and international parcels and optimise your pick & pack process.

Unlimited user accounts for your staff

We support unlimited user accounts and they can have different levels of access.

As your sales grow, staff can work side by side to minimise shipping delays. We smooth the workflow by allowing staff to add comments to orders, set reminders and more.

Live rates from supported carriers

Many of our carriers (such as eParcel, Sendle, Couriers Please) will provide live rates in your ReadyToShip dashboard, so you can choose the cheapest carrier to ship with. Simply add the carrier connections you want and rates will appear automatically!

Reminder/Notes system

Our built in reminder system is great for setting notes and reminders to appear in the console at a later date.

Use it for any purpose, and either dismiss reminders when they re-appear or snooze them for any amount of time, from hours to days.

Fully searchable order history

We keep a history of orders that have been imported and processed.

Search for orders by name, email, tracking number, SKU and more. Our system is super fast and a great way to support your customer service team when dealing with customer enquiries.

Finally, ReadyToShip offers a free application called DirectPrint which, when installed, allows to you print labels directly from our app to your printers with one click. no more PDF downloads or uploading CSV files into other systems. Who is ReadyToShip for?

ReadyToShip is for product-based retailers looking to automate their shipping process. We make it easy to import orders, correct postal addresses, print labels, and export tracking numbers, with a fully searchable history.

Can I book freight directly through ReadyToShip?

No, ReadyToShip is an integration tool, to connect your store to your own carrier accounts. If you are just starting out and need a freight provider quickly, carriers like Sendle may help. For a full list of supported carriers, click here.

Can ReadyToShip provide live rates in my checkout?

No, ReadyToShip is an app for printing shipping labels, it can’t provide rates on your checkout page.

Yes, you can connect as many stores and carriers as you need.

Can ReadyToShip deliver my parcels?

No, ReadyToShip is not a carrier. It is an app that connects with your store/platform (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce etc) and your selected carrier(s) (e.g. AusPost, Sendle etc). It then imports your orders and allows you to manage all of your shipments, print labels, then upload tracking data back to your store and/or carrier. You are still required to organise your own despatching of parcels.

Do I need any extra equipment, like a label printer?

No, you can print labels to a standard Laser printer. We don't recommend inkjet as barcodes may not be sharp enough for carriers to scan. Ideally, you would look at a thermal label printer. We carry a range of Dymo printers and Dymo labels at great prices.

How much does ReadyToShip cost?

ReadyToShip will charge you based on the number of orders you process within ReadyToShip. There is no minimum monthly cost and no commitment.
Processing an order means you printed an invoice, pick list, or shipping label using ReadyToShip. If you don't use ReadyToShip to process an order you won't be charged for it. For a monthly cost estimate visit the price page. You can use the slider to the approximate number of orders you'll ship each month and our monthly fees will be displayed.
